By accessing and using littledemoar.com ("the Website") and engaging Little Demo Asbestos Removal ("we", "us", "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Little Demo Asbestos Removal provides licensed Class B asbestos removal, residential demolition, internal strip-outs, site clean-ups, and waste transport services across South East Queensland. All services are performed in compliance with Queensland Work Health and Safety legislation and relevant codes of practice.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or property where we deem the work environment unsafe, or where the scope of work falls outside our licence class or capabilities.
All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of inspection. If additional asbestos-containing materials are discovered during the project, or site conditions differ from those described, we will provide a revised quote before proceeding with additional work.
Quotes do not include costs for replacement materials, new roofing, new fencing, or building works unless explicitly stated.
Payment terms will be outlined in your written quote. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept payment by bank transfer and cash. Any amount not paid by the due date may incur interest at a rate of 10% per annum, calculated daily from the due date until payment is received. The Customer is also responsible for any reasonable debt recovery or legal costs incurred by Little Demo and Asbestos Removal in recovering overdue amounts, to the extent permitted by law.

We are committed to providing our clients with responsive and reliable communication throughout their project. For clients with an active project (an accepted quote where work is in progress or scheduled), we are available for priority contact 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, until full and final payment has been received. This ensures you have direct access to our team whenever you need us, from the moment we begin until your project is formally completed and settled.
If you need to cancel or postpone scheduled work, we request at least 48 hours' written notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the quoted price or the actual costs incurred by Little Demo and Asbestos Removal, whichever is greater.
If work has already commenced, or labour, equipment, skip bins, asbestos disposal services, permits, or other materials and services have been arranged, the Customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs incurred up to the time of cancellation.
Little Demo and Asbestos Removal reserves the right to postpone or reschedule work due to weather conditions, unsafe site conditions, equipment failure, regulatory requirements, staff illness, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where possible, we will notify the Customer promptly and arrange a new commencement date at the earliest mutually convenient opportunity.
Where a postponement is requested by the Customer after work has been scheduled, any additional costs reasonably incurred as a result of the postponement, including remobilisation, equipment hire, or disposal booking fees, may be charged to the Customer.
Little Demo Asbestos Removal carries full public liability insurance for asbestos removal work. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the re-supply of services or the cost of re-supplying services. We are not liable for:
