Our Safety Protocols

Every project follows strict safety procedures to protect our team, your property, and the environment.

1

Site Assessment & Risk Analysis

Comprehensive site inspection and hazard identification before work begins. We assess all risks and develop a detailed safety plan specific to your project.

2

Sampling & Confirmation First

We don't assume — samples are analysed by an independent NATA-accredited laboratory before removal begins. See our sampling and testing service.

3

Proper Containment & Isolation

Work areas are isolated with barriers, plastic sheeting and warning signage, and bonded material is kept wet and intact to limit fibre release. Where a job needs full containment and negative air pressure, that's Class A work — we'll tell you and refer you on.

4

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

All team members use appropriate respirators, protective suits, gloves, and safety equipment as required by regulations.

5

Safe Removal Techniques

Wet methods and specialized tools minimize fiber release. Materials are carefully removed, double-wrapped, and sealed in approved containers.

6

Licensed Waste Disposal

All asbestos waste is transported via ERA 57 licensed vehicles to EPA-approved disposal facilities with full tracking documentation.

7

Complete Documentation

Full records including test results, removal documentation, and waste tracking provided for your records.
