Parts of the older North Lakes fringe and nearby Mango Hill, Kallangur and Narangba have homes from the 70s–90s. Worth checking.
An old shed, carport or fence left over from before the estate was developed. These get demolished casually and shouldn't be.
Old stock sheeting and imported materials have turned up in post-2003 renovations — including right here in North Lakes. Only a lab test rules it out.
